RITZ TESTER is a portable instrument for insulation tests of poles and sticks that are the most important safety-component of Hot line-Tools, Disconnecting Sicks and Hot line-Ladders, used in Hot line Maintenance and earthing-equipment. The RITZ TESTER provides immediate and accurate information of the status of the electrical insulation over the full length of the pole through "APPROVED" and "DISAPPROVED" indication, equivalent to an application of 100 kV over 11 5/8" inches (30cm) - ASTM-f-711.

    • Main Characteristics

    RITZ TESTER is an essential instrument for maintenance teams in order to make periodic tests in Hotsticks, Clampsticks and other Insulating Live Line Poles. The model RT-110 or RT-220 has reduced size to allow tests in Live Line Ladders and Insulated Modular Scaffold.
